Certified to LPS 1175 Rating 3
Sandhurst doorsets have been developed especially to resist deliberate, forced entry of well-protected premises using tools that might be used in a pre-planned and professionally co-ordinated attack.
The Sandhurst doorsets have been successfully tested and assessed by HM Government and certified as meeting LPS 1175 rating 3. A high-density laminated hardwood core coupled with robust structural design provides these doors with formidable strength that is concealed by an attractive, stylish finish.
The Sandhurst door structure has inherent fire, smoke and blast resistance. The range includes certified 30- and 60-minute fire resistant options. Surelock multi-point bolting ensures blast protection to meet HM Government explosion test standard for protected spaces.
The Sandhurst doorset can be supplied primed, painted, veneered or laminated. Veneers can be matched to provide a doorset that is both attractive and in harmony with its surroundings.
There is a choice of Surelock single- or multi-point locks, HM Government designed Medway, Avon, or Fraser Bar devices and a range of other devices commensurate with LPS 1175 rating 3.
The degree of choice provides the Sandhurst doorset with the ability to meet almost all operational requirements. These include access control, key or combination lock operation. This can be combined with emergency or panic exit requirements.
From design through to manufacture, the Sandhurst doorset receives meticulous attention to detail. The ironmongery on both lock and hinge side complements the strength of the high-density hardwood door and frame to ensure performance to the Sandhurst specification.
